DAA Group has worked with many Māori provider organisations and has extensive experience in meeting their needs and protocols as part of our working relationships.

Where specific needs are identified within a provider organisation, or for a Māori specific service, our auditor pool includes Māori assessors who are specificially trained to cater for these situations. As well as specific training we have also developed resources (Te Kete Rauemi) to support our team.

We practice tikanga in our office, with waiata and karakia. We provide guidance to all of our team to develop their pepeha and to understand mihimihi and pōwhiri protocols.
