At the heart of our organisation are our people. We currently have two offices in New Zealand, one in Wellington and one in Christchurch. The team is led by Robyn Byers as General Manager for DAA Group and is supported by technical advisors and directors, Janice McEwan and Cathy Cummings.
We have a team of 15 skilled staff based across our two offices, ready to work with you and manage the services provided to you. Each client has an allocated Client Manager. Our Client Managers have a background in the health industry and in auditing, with a thorough understanding of the management and staffing issues our clients face on a daily basis.
All DAA Group assessors (we have a pool of over 60 people) are fully trained and qualified healthcare assessors – many with extensive clinical and management systems experience of their own and with a reputation for being amongst the best in their field.
Each assessor operates under the direction and guidance of a Client Manager, the General Manager and the Directors. We try wherever possible to use assessors who are locally based in your region, although dependent on specialties, rotation and availability it is not always possible to do so.
