The Auditing Process
|
|
The DAA Group provides professional audit services in partnership with the client. This has been our philosophy for many years and feedback from our clients confirms that we work in this
way.
When you become a client of The DAA Group you will be allocated a client manager. This will be your contact person, they will help organise your audit and all work in
planning and follow-up for your audit. The DAA Group directors, Janice and Cathy, will also be available should you need additional support.
When the audit will occur is a decision made by you. Your client manager will discuss and agree audit details with you.

On-going surveillance is required by the Ministry of Health for Certification and for external standards Certification or Accreditations and is important for your internal requirements.
The DAA Group Client Directors have combined, more than twenty-seven years of hands-on experience in managing audit reporting systems. This extensive experience combined with our external accreditation gives confidence that audit
reports will accurately reflect service standards.
For MoH Certification reports submitted by The DAA Group, as a Designated Audit Agency, our extensive experience gives confidence that our audit reports will contain sufficient information to enable the Director General of Health to make an
accurate and fully informed decision regarding certification of provider organizations.
Towards the end of 2004, the DAA Group was one of five DAA's to be audited by the Ministry of Health together with an Australian Audit Company. The DAA Group was selected for audit because we were one of the audit agencies to have completed the
most Ministry of Health Certification audits. The external audit by the Ministry of Health showed detail and consistency in our reporting. Ministry of Health feed back has included that our reports give them confidence in the audit and they trust our services.
