o NZS 8134.3:2008 Health and Disability Services (Infection Prevention and Control) Standards
2. DAA Group Certification Audit
Standards for certification accreditation include (but are not limited to):
o AS/NZS ISO 9001:2080 Quality Management Systems requirements
o NZS 8157:2003 Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Sector Standard
o NZS 8158:2003 Home and Community Support Sector Standards
o NZS 8151:2004 Accident and Medical Clinics Standard
o NZS 8156:2002 Ambulance Service Sector Standard
Standards and Workbooks
Standards and workbooks for each of the above standards are available. A useful source of information for providers are the workbooks produced by Standards New Zealand. They provide a valuable guide to the Standards
and help to identify risk, quality management improvements and safety issues.
